Attention, Inc. (“Attention,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) value the privacy of individuals who use our website and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from or about users (“Users”) of our app, Attention. Attention allows Users to send bite-sized bits of wisdom intended to improve mental and physical well being. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Information You Provide to Us.

Registration and Profile Information.When you register to use our Services, we ask you for information such as your name, username, email address, and phone number. When you create a profile, you can also upload a photo.

Payment Information.When you make a purchase, a third party service that handles payments for us will receive your payment card information.

Audio Recording.If you choose to record an audio message, we will receive this audio content. If you choose to share your audio message with any of your followers, this message may become public within the app. We are not responsible for the other users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what you share or how you identify yourself on the Services.

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.

Location Information.When you use our Services, we infer your more general location information (for example, your internet protocol (IP) address may indicate your more general geographic region).

Device Information.We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.

Usage Information.To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, the Users you follow, the purchases you make, any audio content you post, and the dates and times of your visits.

User Content.Our Services is a social service in which you can find, enjoy, and share content. Your username and image will always be viewable and searchable by other users. The audio content you post to the Services will be displayed publicly on the Services by default and is available to other users for listening. Although this content is public by default, below in the “Your Preferences” section of this Privacy Policy, we describe the controls that you can use, along with other relevant settings associated with your account, to limit the sharing of certain information. We are not responsible for the other users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.

Marketing.We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with non affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission.

Analytics Partners.We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. Marketing Communications.You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services.
